If you are looking for something different than the typical karate school or fitness club experience, then American Martial Arts and Fitness Academy is right for you. This is a growing, unique, and fun place for families and individuals. We offer programs for people of all ages and skill levels. AMAFA offers a variety of programs related to martial arts, fitness, health, and wellness. Martial arts are for ALL people. Many people are hesitant to practice martial arts as they think they are out of shape, not flexible enough, or it will be an unfriendly environment. These are just a few of the myths floating around about martial arts training. Martial arts is an excellent way to improve one's confidence, health, wellness, and fitness. The great thing about training in martial arts is that you gain skills and knowledge you can take anywhere. These are also skills that could potentially save your life!
